Development of Overseas Trade, Inc. (“DOST”) was established under the laws of the State of California on November 9, 2000 in the city of Monterey Park, California. DOST was established to engage in the commercial vehicles, heavy machinery and agricultural vehicles, research market trends and to develop contacts, direct marketing, solicit and execute sales contract and to establish market share strategies to export and import goods between the United Sates and Vietnam, as well as to conduct product research, direct Import/export, strategic planning and coordination with Companies in Vietnam, to scout for locations for its planned plastic/garment products sales/warehouse facility in the United States.

DOST previously maintains an office in 323 North Ynez, Monterey Park, California and employs one professional who perform various duties ranging from market research for products to be imported and exported between the United States and Vietnam, marketing, coordination of business transactions, and various accounting and administrative functions.

Since DOST’s inception, DOST has purchased numerous heavy equipment, commercial trucks, farming vehicles and other heavy trucks and parts in the United States which were exported to Vietnam. This arrangement has proved to be profitable for DOST and has viably entrenched the company in the high growth demand of United States made equipments and heavy commercial and agricultural automotive industry in Vietnam.

Late year 2001, DOST open the office in 423 Garfield Alhambra, CA continuing it's functions and activities until year 2003, when the main functions are going very stable, DOST join in to the informatics tech. in order to open wide rage of it's product and start to export used computers, P.C monitors and parts to Vietnam, which help the schools have computers for their students as well as the poor people can have computer at home for study. This new activity requires a lot of experience and concerning to the recyclers. To ensure all the exporting products are in good quality, DOST have to hire engineers to check one by one of PCs, Monitors and parts, and packaging.

In order to serve it's grown up activities and products in 2003 DOST open the warehouse in 1316 W. ninth street, City of Upland which the place to store the imported and export products, it's also the place DOST use for testing the export products.
